35hrs per week, 38 weeks plus 2 INSET days, 6 weeks paid holiday
Nexus Grade D (pt 5-6, £21,575 - £21,968) Actual salary = £17,661.46 - £17,983.17 (pay award pending)

We are looking to appoint a personal care assistant who can put children at the centre of their work. Our personal care assistants work as a valued part of the class team to support pupils with their learning and to meet their personal and postural care needs. This will include promoting pupil independence, manual handling, personal care, feeding and ensuring that children enjoy their time at school.
- Have a sense of humour?
- Have a good basic education and willingness and ability to obtain qualifications and training for the development of the post?
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills?
- Enjoy working as part of a team?
- Relish a challenge and enjoy working young people with a range of SEND including behaviour issues?
- Have a passion for learning new skills?
