Communication at Fountaindale School
At Fountaindale School, we believe that strong communication between school and home is an important part of supporting our young people. We use Seesaw as our main platform for communicating with parents and carers and for sharing the experiences and achievements of our pupils.
Through Seesaw, parents and carers can:
- See photos and updates showing what their young person has been learning and experiencing throughout the school day.
- Keep up to date with learning and activities, giving families a window into what happens at Fountaindale.
- Receive messages from class staff, allowing communication between home and school.
- Receive our weekly Headteacher's Message, keeping families informed about important news, events, celebrations and updates across the school.
- Share information with school, helping us to maintain effective communication and ensure that important information about pupils is shared with the appropriate staff.
We want Seesaw to provide families with a positive connection to school, helping parents and carers to see the learning, experiences and achievements that take place every day.
Keeping in touch
We recognise that communication needs to be accessible and appropriate for every family. Alongside Seesaw, school will continue to use other forms of communication where appropriate, including telephone calls, email and letters.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the school office, who will be happy to help.
